In 2011, the NTCSL Community was profoundly grateful to purchase our property located at
1040 C Avenue in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
We created a Capital Campaign called, “Spirit of Home” to generate funds for the purpose of caring for our property and paying off the mortgage. Over a decade later, we are happy to report that we have successfully reduced the mortgage from $2,100,000 to $876,664.
Now that we are on the other side of the Covid pandemic, it is the powerful vision of the Board of Trustees, Rev. Shannon, and the Stewardship Committee to pay off the mortgage. We believe with your support, we will be able to achieve this goal.
The Board of Trustees and the Stewardship Committee ask that you take a moment to consider giving to the “LOVE is the HEART of our CENTER: Achieving Mortgage Freedom” campaign. Your contribution can be a one-time, monthly, or quarterly gift.
